MaxFlow Ultrafiltration Membrane Modules

A3-USA manufactures the MaxFlow membrane module at our plant in North Carolina. The MaxFlow module has been used around the world for wastewater treatment for almost 20 years.

We are one of the few treatment plant suppliers that also manufacture membrane modules. This provides us with a dynamic knowledge base that most MBR plant integrators cannot match.

Membranes are the core component of a membrane bioreactor (MBR). They provide the filtration that allows an MBR to continually produce high-quality effluent.

MaxFlow modules are designed specifically for submerged use in wastewater, with considerations taken to greatly reduce or eliminate instances of plugging and fouling.

Effluent from membrane modules meets or exceeds even the tightest regulations for wastewater recycling and discharge.

The MaxFlow membranes have provided 10 years of consistent treatment at our design pressures, with minimal fuss. They just work.

Rigid Plate Design

MaxFlow membrane modules use a unique rigid frame and aeration design that eliminates plugging. Additionally, dual permeate connections significantly improve flow distribution and allow for single, double, triple, or quadruple stack arrangements.
