Description
The ICV-ICP series pumps are dry non-contact pumps (and compressors when reversed) with modular construction consisting of compartments - pumping and gear chambers are separated by labyrinth seals. When the two claws rotate in opposite directions the air is sucked in the pumping chamber, compressed and discharged under pressure.
Two gears with oil lubrication are placed in the gear chamber for synchronizing the claws' rotation.
A built-in check valve installed in the inlet flange will prevent the air from flowing back into the vacuum chamber when the pump is shutdown. The pumps are directly driven by a flanged motor through a coupling.
Working-range
Flow rate: vacuum 35 - 600 CFM compressor duty 35 - 300 CFM)
Pressure: vacuum .725 psi absolute (38 mm Hg)
compressor duty 32 psi
Applications
• Packaging
• CNC Routing
• Woodworking shops
• Pneumatic conveying
• Medical & lab
• Plastics industries
• Central vacuum systems
Description
Liquid ring vacuum pumps are suitable to evacuate contaminated gas mixtures, aggressive gases and vapors, explosive gas and vapors of any nature down to a conventional end vacuum of 25 mm Hg absolute. Manufactured to the highest quality standards, liquid ring vacuum pumps belonging to the AL series are available in different materials to withstand the various process conditions.
Working-range
Flow rate: 15 - 28,000 CFM
Vacuum: 25 mm Hg abs.
Applications
• Pneumatic conveying
• Waste water treatment
• Gas extraction systems
Operation
The pump must be continuously pumping the service liquid during operation.
In order to remove the heat generated by the compression and restore the liquid ring, fluid is added - usually water - since a part of it is discharged with the gas.
The service liquid may be separated from the gas using a discharge separator and recirculated, if required.
Pump Versions
• Monoblock
• Supporting lantern
• Bare shaft
Materials
Standard version is cast iron with stainless steel impeller
(nodular iron possible above 20 hp models).
Optional stainless steel construction with wetted parts made in 316.
Other materials available upon request.

Description
The "DR" series oil-free vacuum pumps are rotary blade types with the rotor supported by bearings, having a flanged motor with air cooling, suitable to operate without any lubrication.
These heavy duty pumps are easy to maintain, and operate with an absence of any oil fog in the discharge.
The pumps can be used in any applications where severe vacuum is not required.
Working-range
Flow rate: 2 - 150 CFM
Pressure: +3 psi - 14.7 psia
Vacuum: 1.5 - 5.8 psi
Applications
• Paper processing
• Suction cups and grippers
• Robotic machinery
• CNC machinery
Descriptions
Oil-lubricated vacuum pumps with oil recirculation belonging in the "OL" series are rotary vane pumps with the rotor supported by bearings. These pumps have flanged motors and are automatically lubricated.
Their main benefits include heavy-duty construction, high performance, excellent reliability, and easy maintenance.
The pumps are able to achieve the end vacuum of 1.5 or 0.37 mm Hg absolute depending on the pump model.
Working-range
Flow rate: 2 - 425 CFM
Vacuum: .07 - 1.5 - 7.5 (mm Hg abs.)
Applications
• Food packing
• Thermoforming
• Degassing
• Pneumatic conveying
• Vacuum sewer systems
